@MajToure999 @PubliusSSM It’s 2 things that need to be done simultaneously; get our citizens prepared w/skills they need to do the jobs and get folks in place NOW so we can at least make some headway. If you just focus on educating/training, not even knowing ANY results, you’ll cont. to fall more behind.
