@CrossPolitic For me, this was one of the chief inconsistencies in the paedobaptist position, and why I knew I’d never be a paedobaptist.
Paedo-communion doesn’t solve the problem. The didache strictly forbade paedo-communion. It was clearly not an early-church position.
