@aronchick @ChrisMartzWX I assume these are fixed factors of production that must be overcome. I assume you’re talking about the variable costs & the expected break-even. Hydro will probably be the BE champ. Nuclear w/o so many regulations might be close to hydro. Would be interesting to see CO2 BE.
