@ParamMoon @literatebarcart Like I said – picking trivia questions as a filter are tells of a lousy interviewer/interview process Keep eliminating people with a bad process if you want – no one can stop you – but you’re artificially removing a huge candidate base by showing how “smart” you think you are :)
