A phrase you don’t hear much anymore is “breakthrough case”. Why? Bc the narrative has shifted from “you won’t get it” to “you won’t die from it.” & listen, if that’s true, great! Fewer deaths = great news! But they wonder why they have trust problems. The goalpost keep moving.
