I've had so much trouble with Rogers at home, so recently installed Bell. The difference in ping time to 8.8.8.8 under load is wild. Bell hovers consistently at 8ms, while Rogers swings from 20ms to 140ms. I had trouble getting the netperf test to work, so this is ICMP only. pic.twitter.com/mPqcH3b4Zy
