@warrenmyers @jpclemens @YourCalvinist If that is the case, then why wpuld Matthew 25:46 refer to it as “eternal punishment”? The punishment they would face for the sins in this life would only be temporary. The fact they will stay in hell forever is only because they will choose to keep sinning later.
